Functioned as a member of the task force to evaluate downsizing the Billing/Promotions Project. This consisted of a feasibility study, cost analysis, and selection of a development environment, software evaluation and selection. As a result of this study, the decision was made to develop and operate the remainder of the project on the PC/LAN using MicroFocus COBOL and Oracle.
