Analyzed the Decision Support/Information Center area with the goal of reducing workload and improving service. Recommended establishing a request procedure; implementing resource accounting; and standardizing libraries and naming conventions. Prepared an inventory of all jobs run by decision support, preliminary standards, and a detailed task plan and estimates to migrate the majority of the recurring jobs to a production of user submission environment.
