Participated in various aspects of this three-year project to consolidate and convert twenty different banking software systems from two data centers into one common Hogan Banking System. Worked with the Gladstone Conversion Software to convert Deposits applications that included DDA, CD’s, IRA’s, Savings, Restraints and Cycle Data.  Also, used Microsoft Project to develop the live conversion task plan by the minute, with responsibilities and dependencies.  This allowed us to model various plans to optimize the dependencies and shorten the total live conversion timeline.
