Formed a company to provide retail voice processing services and develop software for the Computer Voice Processing Industry. The following services are currently available: Voice Mail, Voice Bulletin Board, Computer Appointment Verification and a Computer Telephone Monitoring Service for the Homebound. Software was developed using a Windows OOP development system with execution under OS/2 to permit multi-tasking for several phone lines. Database access uses both DBase and IBM EE Database Manager.
