Designed, developed, and implemented a Telephone Analysis System to extract and accumulate raw telephone call data received from the phone company. The system consisted of a Telephone Master File maintained online using CICS that carried 24 months of history. In addition, batch programs that produced a detail listing of all phone calls by extension as well as company and budget center sub-totals.
